Gen 2 Overview

The 1996-2002 Dodge Viper
Overview
The poster car. Introduced in 1996 (1997 for the RT/10), the Gen II would arguably become the most recognized Viper of the bunch. While the leading statement is an oxymoron, as all Vipers are poster cars (and much more), the Gen II stands out because few Vipers are as ubiquitous for being hung up like the Gen II is. Just as good as its instantly timeless styling, the Gen II got enhancements that increased the already dynamite performance of the Viper, and moderate refinements that made the snake a little easier to live with.
